Senior BIM Architect

Mira Construction  is a leader in the construction and engineering industry, dedicated to delivering exceptional projects through innovative practices and advanced technologies. We are currently seeking a talented and experienced  Senior BIM Architect to join our dynamic team.

The Senior BIM Architect will take on a pivotal role in overseeing BIM processes throughout the project lifecycle, from design through construction, ensuring that models are accurate, efficient, and aligned with client’s expectations.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and manage the development of detailed BIM models, ensuring high-quality representation of architectural elements, structural components, and MEP systems.
• Coordinate and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure the seamless integration of architectural and engineering designs.
• Drive the implementation of BIM best practices and standards within the organization to improve efficiency and consistency across all projects.
• Conduct design reviews and BIM model audits to identify clashes or conflicts, and work proactively to resolve issues before construction.
• Prepare and present project documentation, including 3D visualizations and simulations, to clients and stakeholders.
• Mentor junior staff and team members in the use of BIM software and processes.
• Stay current with emerging technologies in BIM and propose innovative solutions to enhance project delivery.
• Participate in project meetings and maintain clear communication with clients, contractors, and team members.
