What you will do :
Assist in the Delivery of Signature Four Seasons Service
Support daily F&B operations (e.g., restaurant, in-room dining, bar, lounge, banquets) by consistently providing warm, intuitive, and personalized service aligned with Four Seasons’ Golden Rule and brand standards.
Maintain a Refined Dining Environment
Ensure all service areas are impeccably set, clean, and maintained according to Forbes Five-Star and LQA standards throughout the shift.
Support Guest Engagement and Anticipation of Needs
Observe and respond proactively to guest preferences and needs, assisting in creating a bespoke and memorable dining experience.
Execute Service Protocols and Standards
Follow detailed service procedures (including mise en place, table settings, order taking, and clearance) and demonstrate an understanding of Four Seasons' unique rituals and service sequences.
Promote Menu Knowledge and Upselling
Learn menu items, ingredients, and presentation details to assist with basic guest inquiries and support upselling under the guidance of senior colleagues.
Collaborate with Multicultural Team Members
Work seamlessly with a diverse team while demonstrating cultural awareness, mutual respect, and a commitment to the brand's inclusive philosophy.
Support VIP and Special Event Operations
Participate in preparation and delivery of high-profile or private events, ensuring the highest level of discretion, precision, and professionalism.
What you bring :
Enrolled in Hospitality Management Program
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree / diploma in hospitality, F&B management, or a related field.
Business English Fluency
Strong command of spoken and written English is essential; additional language proficiency (such as French, Italian, German, Russian or Arabic) is highly advantageous.
Previous International or Luxury Experience
Any prior internship or academic exposure in an international, luxury, or culturally diverse environment is a distinct plus.
Commitment to Luxury Hospitality Standards
Demonstrates passion for service excellence, attention to detail, and a desire to grow in a luxury hospitality setting.
Impeccable Grooming and Personal Presentation
Maintains high standards of personal appearance in accordance with Four Seasons grooming policy and luxury brand image.
