The role involves :
Co-ordinating daily food and beverage operations, including inventory management and ordering supplies.Monitor customer satisfaction and address any issues or concerns promptly.Assist in the planning and execution of events and promotions.Collaborate with the Kitchen and Service teams to ensure seamless operations.Maintain accurate records of inventory, purchases, and salesMaintain the administration and payroll processes.Coordinate appointments and schedule meetings.Ensure high quality standards consistently and accuratelyThe Profile
