Job Description
As a Coordinator supporting the Performance Team, you'll play a pivotal role in managing day-to-day activities, coordinating cross-functional schedules and projects, developing preliminary insights, and supporting the Managing Director in daily tasks.

- Support in Managing Day-to-Day Activities :
- Assist in monitoring and improving UAE NFV performance metrics across functions.
- Assist in extracting and manipulating data from various sources, including databases and
spreadsheets, to support analytical tasks and reporting requirements.
Provide preliminary insights and analyses to assist in decision-making processes.Coordination and Support :Assist in managing schedules and communications for the Managing Director.Handle tasks such as organizing meetings, preparing agendas, and documenting minutes.Coordinate cross-functional projects and initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.Performance Improvement :Collaborate with the team to monitor performance, identify performance gaps and raise flags as needed.Assist in implementing performance improvement plans to enhance overall efficiency.Qualifications
What are we looking for?
Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field2-3 years of experience in the food / grocery tech industry is highly preferred.Proficiency in Google Suite tools such as GDoc, GSheet, GSlides, GForms, etc.Strong communication skills in English with the ability to effectively outline and present ideas.Experience in stakeholder management, with the ability to manage different types ofstakeholders effectively.
