Key Responsibilities Legal Compliance Advisory Ensure compliance with UAE laws DLD RERA and corporate regulations Provide legal counsel on real estate corporate and business matters Contract Documentation Management Draft review and oversee corporate real estate and vendor contracts to protect company interests Dispute Resolution Risk Management Handle legal disputes manage client complaints and liaise with external legal counsel when needed Regulatory Government Representation Act as the company s legal representative for DLD RERA MOHRE and Dubai Courts Manage regulatory filings licensing and approvals AML Anti Money Laundering Compliance Serve as the AML Compliance Officer overseeing transaction monitoring risk assessments and suspicious activity reporting in compliance with UAE Central Bank regulations Internal Legal Compliance Policies Develop and enforce company legal policies conduct internal audits and ensure all legal procedures are aligned with UAE labor laws Employee Training Development Develop and conduct legal training sessions for employees on compliance contract obligations and dispute handling
