Our client is an award-winning, prestigious Global Sovereign Wealth Fund with a global footprint spanning Europe, North America, and Asia.

They are seeking to appoint a Head of Event and Credit Driven Strategies, which will sit within their Hedge Fund / Investments Team.

This is a pivotal and strategic role, where you will lead in identifying, sourcing, monitoring, and managing event and credit strategies.

You should have a strong grasp of capital structures and financial engineering.

Key objectives :

• To outperform the relevant benchmarks.
• To generate strong absolute returns while operating within the defined investment guidelines.
• To be primarily responsible for manager sourcing, evaluation, qualitative and quantitative analysis, style analysis, and legal and investment aspects of investments.
• To oversee the team’s macroeconomic outlook, quantitative analysis of the hedge fund portfolio, including optimizations, ranking models, and portfolio management / allocation tools.
• To manage a team of managers, associates, and analysts.

It is imperative that you have at least 13+ years of relevant experience within the institutional asset management / fund of funds industry.
