Housekeeper with VIP experience

Role Overview We are looking to appoint two meticulous and professional Housekeepers to join our team The ideal candidates will maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and organization throughout the property ensuring a serene and wellnessfocused atmosphere for the principal and guests This role requires dedication discretion and exceptional attention to detail with an emphasis on creating an environment of luxury and tranquility Key Responsibilities Cleaning and MaintenancePerform daily cleaning and deep cleaning of all areas including bedrooms bathrooms living spaces and service areas to 7star standards Handle delicate materials such as fine fabrics antiques and luxury surfaces with care and expertise eco friendly only products Ensure all areas are immaculately organized and presentable at all times Laundry and Wardrobe ManagementOversee laundry tasks including washing ironing and folding ensuring garments are treated appropriately for their fabric type Maintain wardrobes including seasonal rotations organizing and minor repairs if needed Assist with packing and unpacking luggage for the principal and guests Wellness and Aesthetic AwarenessIncorporate wellness principles into the household by using ecofriendly and nontoxic cleaning products Prepare and maintain wellnessrelated items such as fresh linens spa towels and relaxation spaces Ensure that the ambiance reflects tranquility and luxury including lighting aromatherapy and d cor arrangements Support for Service and EventsAssist with setting and clearing tables serving meals and coordinating with the butler team when needed Help prepare spaces for small gatherings or private events maintaining elegance and efficiency Candidate Profile Skills and ExperiencePrevious Experience Minimum of 5 years in highend hospitality private household or luxury yacht service Experience in wellnessfocused environments is a plus Cleaning Expertise Knowledge of cleaning techniques for luxury materials and furnishings Organizational Skills Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain order in all areas Adaptability Comfortable working in a dynamic environment and adjusting to varying schedules Personal AttributesDiscreet respectful and professional at all times Calm and composed with a focus on creating a peaceful environment Physically fit and able to perform housekeeping duties efficiently Benefitsaed aed Salary and package based on experience Accommodation provided Opportunities for professional growth in a prestigious environment Accommodation Provided with high standards of comfort and privacy Insurance Comprehensive health insurance Days Off 1 day off weekly Annual Leave 30 days of paid annual leave Travel For Housekeepers Travel only when the principal is traveling ensuring seamless service during trips
