Safety Professional Job Location Dubai UAE Key Responsibilities Maintenance of a Safe Work Environment Monitor construction activities to identify potential hazards and implement measures to prevent accidents and injuries Risk Assessment and Mitigation Perform regular safety inspections of the construction site evaluate work processes and equipment to identify potential safety risks and ensure all risks are minimized Safety Policy Development and Enforcement Develop and enforce safety policies and programs tailored to the construction site including training and awareness programs for workers Incident Investigation and Reporting Investigate incidents accidents or near misses and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence Skills and Qualifications Knowledge of Local State and Federal Regulations Familiarity with local state and federal safety regulations including OSHA Occupational Safety and Health Administration Certification in Occupational Safety Certification in occupational safety such as NEBOSH or IOSH Experience in Construction Safety Experience in construction safety risk assessment and accident investigation Strong Communication and Leadership Skills Strong communication and leadership skills to promote a proactive safety culture and foster a culture of safety awareness and responsibility
