Sales Executive Job Location Dubai United Arab Emirates Key Responsibilities Identify and develop new business opportunities in the HVAC and Electromechanical Sector Build and maintain relationships with key clients contractors and consultants Promote and sell products and solutions to potential customers Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay ahead in the industry Prepare and present sales proposals and product demonstrations to clients Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet sales objectives Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction Desired Candidate Profile A minimum of 24 years of experience in sales within the ElectroMechanical HVAC Facilities Management industry Proven experience working in the GCC and Dubai region Familiarity with products and solutions from the same industry Strong network and excellent communication negotiation and presentation skills Able to multitask manage multiple clients and close deals efficiently Selfdriven highly motivated and resultsoriented Bachelors degree in Engineering Business or a related field
