Job Requirements Must be a Chinese speaker Open to both male and female applicants bachelor s degree or above diploma holders with relevant experience may also be considered At least one year of living or working experience in the UAE or the Middle East No criminal record responsible honest trustworthy communicative and helpful Strong learning and adaptability skills capable of data collection and analysis able to communicate in English in business contexts proficient in office software Good logical and analytical abilities capable of independently handling and resolving common jobrelated issues Experience in civil aviation or possession of a UAE driver s license is a plus Key Responsibilities Assist passengers with checkin transfers and irregular baggage issues Handle flight reception and related documentation Ensure support for irregular flights Coordinate with ground handling agencies Other tasks assigned by the leadership
