Airport Representative Cum Driver

Responsibilities Provide guests with necessary information about hotel facilities transportation options and local attractions Welcome and greet guests upon arrival at the airport Liaise with the hotel s front office concierge and transport team for seamless guest arrival and departure experiences Requirements 12 years of experience in a similar role within the hospitality or airline industry Prior experience in guest services concierge or front office is preferred Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong customer service orientation with a friendly and welcoming demeanour Ability to multitask and handle highpressure situations Knowledge of airport operations and local transportation options
