Steel Painter H / F

We are seeking a skilled Steel Painter to join our team in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. As a Steel Painter, you will be responsible for applying high-quality protective and decorative coatings to steel structures, equipment, and components in various industrial settings. - Prepare steel surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and removing rust or old paint. - Mix and match paints according to specifications and color requirements. - Apply primers, paints, and other coatings using brushes, rollers, or spray equipment. - Ensure proper coverage and thickness of coatings to meet quality standards. - Inspect completed work for defects and touch up as necessary. - Maintain a clean and organized work area. - Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures when handling paints and equipment. - Collaborate with other team members to complete projects efficiently and on schedule. - Keep accurate records of materials used and work completed.

• Proven experience (2-3 years minimum) in industrial painting, preferably with steel structures. - Proficiency in various painting techniques for steel surfaces. - Strong knowledge of paint mixing, color matching, and application methods. - Familiarity with safety procedures and proper use of personal protective equipment. - Ability to read and interpret technical specifications and blueprints. - Physical stamina and dexterity to work in various positions and handle painting equipment. - Understanding of corrosion protection methods and industrial coating systems. - High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in industrial painting is preferred. - Safety certifications (e.g., OSHA) related to working with hazardous materials is a plus. - Detail-oriented with a commitment to producing high-quality work. - Efficient and organized work habits. - Ability to work effectively in a team environment. - Willingness to work in various weather conditions and at heights when necessary.
