Sales Executive Job Location Abu Dhabi UAE Key Responsibilities Business Development Actively prospect and generate new client leads for our interior design services targeting potential clients in various sectors residential commercial hospitality Client Acquisition Approach and engage prospective clients through cold calls emails and inperson meetings to present our engineering consultancy and interior design services Convert leads into longterm clients Client Relationship Management Build and maintain strong longlasting relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and client satisfaction Sales Presentations Negotiations Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to potential clients explaining the benefits of our design solutions Negotiate terms and close deals effectively Market Research Stay updated on industry trends competitor offerings and market demands to identify new business opportunities Collaboration Work closely with the design and engineering teams to understand client needs and ensure the smooth delivery of services Reporting Provide regular updates and reports on sales activities lead status and targets Qualifications Educational Background Bachelors degree in Architecture Interior Design Civil Engineering or a related field preferred Experience Minimum of 25 years of sales experience preferably within the interior design or engineering consultancy sectors Experience in B2B sales is a plus
