Job Title : QA / QC Inspector (Mechanical)

Main Responsibilities :

• Conduct quality inspections on mechanical systems, components, and installations to ensure compliance with project specifications and industry standards.
• Review and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications to verify quality and workmanship.
• Perform in-process and final inspections, documenting findings and ensuring corrective actions are taken.
• Conduct non-destructive testing (NDT) and mechanical integrity checks to identify defects and ensure reliability.
• Prepare and maintain detailed inspection reports, test records, and quality documentation.
• Monitor adherence to international mechanical standards such as ASME, API, and ISO 9001.
• Collaborate with project engineers, contractors, and suppliers to resolve quality-related issues.
• Ensure proper calibration and maintenance of inspection tools and testing equipment.
• Participate in root cause analysis (RCA) and corrective / preventive action implementation.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations in mechanical inspections.
