We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Structural Engineer (Site Operations) with extensive experience in site operations, especially in high-rise tower projects in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in structural engineering, with hands-on experience in site supervision and design coordination. This role offers a unique opportunity to lead and ensure the structural integrity and success of iconic projects in the region.

Responsibilities :

• Site Operations Management : Oversee all structural site operations, coordinating with contractors, subcontractors, and stakeholders to ensure compliance with design specifications, safety standards, and project schedules.
• Site Supervision with Design Experience : Lead site supervision activities, conduct inspections to monitor progress and quality, and provide technical guidance on design-related issues during construction.
• High-Rise Tower Experience : Bring expertise in designing and constructing high-rise towers, understanding their structural challenges, and implementing best practices for performance and risk mitigation.
• Design Coordination : Collaborate with the design team to review drawings, specifications, and calculations, ensuring constructability and alignment with project goals.
• Quality Assurance : Implement quality assurance measures, conduct inspections, and address non-conformities to uphold structural integrity and compliance with standards.
• Team Leadership : Lead and mentor junior engineers and site staff, fostering safety, innovation, and professionalism on-site.
