Responsibilities Packaging Assist in packaging products according to company standards and guidelines This includes labeling sealing and ensuring that items are correctly packaged to prevent damage during transportation Quality Control Conduct visual inspections of products to identify any defects or issues Report any discrepancies to the supervisor for immediate resolution Inventory Management Keep track of inventory levels for packaging materials such as boxes tape and labels Notify the supervisor when supplies need replenishing Maintain Cleanliness Ensure that the packing area is clean and organized at all times Dispose of packaging materials and waste properly Team Collaboration Work closely with the production team to meet daily packing goals Communicate effectively with team members to ensure a smooth workflow Safety Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment Report any safety concerns or incidents immediately Efficiency Strive to improve packing processes and suggest enhancements that can increase efficiency and reduce waste
