A leading Medical Device company is actively recruiting a Legal Counsel for their Dubai office Please note that you must meet all the criteria set out below for your application to be considered Suitable candidates will be contacted within 5 working days If you are not contacted by us within that time please consider your application unsuccessful on this occasion The main responsibilities will include but not limited to Provide accurate and timely counsel to executives on various legal topics and enforce due diligence Draft solidify and negotiate agreements contracts and other legal documents Participate in evaluating risk factors regarding business decisions and operations Manage and oversee litigation and dispute resolution matters Apply effective risk management techniques and offer proactive advice on possible legal issues Translation of legal documents as may be required Maintain excellent relationships with stakeholders Maintain current knowledge of alterations in legislation
