Client Engagement Advisory Act as the primary point of contact for clients understanding their business needs and providing tailored accounting and tax solutions Provide strategic advice on tax compliance planning and optimization strategies Assist clients with complex financial reporting and regulatory compliance matters Accounting Financial Oversight Review and ensure accuracy of financial statements management reports and other key deliverables Oversee monthend quarterend and yearend accounting processes for clients Advise on accounting standards e g IFRS GAAP and recommend best practices Tax Consulting Manage VAT GST returns corporate tax filings and other statutory obligations Conduct tax audits and represent clients in discussions with regulatory authorities Identify taxsaving opportunities and ensure compliance with local and international tax regulations Leadership Team Development Lead and mentor junior team members providing guidance and fostering professional growth Manage and allocate resources efficiently across multiple client projects Conduct training sessions to keep the team updated on accounting and tax regulations Business Development Identify new business opportunities and contribute to the firms growth by building and maintaining client relationships Prepare proposals presentations and engagement letters for prospective clients Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes to provide proactive advice to clients Process Improvement Streamline accounting and tax processes for clients to improve efficiency and accuracy Implement and advise on accounting software and technology solutions
