Nursing Assistant

A Nursing Assistant in Dubai plays a vital role in supporting healthcare professionals by providing essential patient care and ensuring the comfort and wellbeing of patients This role involves assisting nurses doctors and other medical staff in hospitals clinics and other healthcare facilities Key Responsibilities Assist patients with daily activities such as bathing dressing and feeding Monitor and record vital signs including temperature blood pressure and pulse Provide basic medical care under the supervision of a nurse such as changing bandages and applying dressings Help with patient mobility including transferring and repositioning bedridden patients Ensure a clean and safe patient environment by changing linens and maintaining hygiene Assist nurses and doctors during medical procedures Maintain accurate patient records and report changes in patient conditions to the healthcare team Offer emotional and psychological support to patients and their families Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and facility policies Requirements Education Diploma or certification in Nursing Assistance or a related field Experience Prior experience in a hospital clinic or healthcare setting is preferred Skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills Compassionate and patientcentered approach Ability to work in a fastpaced environment Basic medical knowledge and understanding of patient care procedures License Certification DHA Dubai Health Authority eligibility or license is preferred Language Proficiency in English knowledge of Arabic or other languages is an advantage You will be redirected to the company website to apply for this position
