NURSING TEAM LEADER MEDICAL SURGICAL

Key Responsibilities Supervise and support nursing staff in the medical surgical unit Ensure proper patient care delivery and adherence to care plans Monitor staff performance conduct training and mentor team members Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams for optimal patient outcomes Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with hospital policies and regulatory requirements Requirements Bachelor s degree in Nursing valid nursing license Minimum 5 years of clinical experience with at least 1 2 years in a leadership role Strong knowledge of medical surgical procedures and patient care standards Excellent leadership communication and organizational skills BLS ACLS certification preferred
