Vending Machine Technician

Installation and Setup Deliver install and configure vending machines at customer locations Test machines to ensure proper functionality after installation Maintenance and Repairs Perform routine maintenance to ensure machines are clean operational and compliant with safety standards Troubleshoot and repair mechanical electrical and software issues in vending machines Replace faulty parts such as coin mechanisms payment readers refrigeration units and other components Inventory Management Track and manage replacement parts and tools needed for repairs Restock vending machines if required and ensure accurate inventory levels Customer Service Respond promptly to service calls and customer inquiries Provide friendly and professional support to customers during installations or repairs Documentation and Reporting Maintain detailed service logs and documentation for each job completed Report major technical issues or recurring problems to management Compliance Follow safety guidelines and company protocols when handling equipment and tools Ensure all vending machines comply with local regulations and company policies
