Hiring Financial Controller for a leading sports company in Dubai UAE Job Title Financial Controller Location Dubai Department Finance Employment Type FullTime As we continue to grow we are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Financial Controller to join our finance team This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is ready to take on a leadership role and drive financial performance in a dynamic environment The Financial Controller will be responsible for overseeing and managing the company s financial operations ensuring accurate financial reporting compliance and supporting strategic decisionmaking You will lead the finance team manage budgets and ensure the company s financial health is maintained through effective financial controls and practices Key Responsibilities Financial Reporting Budgeting Forecasting Cash Flow Management Internal Controls Compliance Team Leadership Strategic Financial Support Skills Qualifications Master s degree in Accounting Finance or a related field CPA CMA or equivalent qualification preferred Minimum of 7 years of experience in financial management with at least 3 years in a senior role Strong understanding of accounting principles financial reporting and financial analysis Proficiency in accounting software ERP systems and MS Excel Advanced Experience with budgeting forecasting cash flow management and internal controls Excellent leadership and team management skills Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities Exceptional communication skills with the ability to explain financial concepts to nonfinancial stakeholders Experience in Sports Industry is a plus
