We are hiring Chief Operating Officer for one of the leading Group of companies based in Dubai, UAE.

Job Title : Chief Operating Officer (COO - Reporting to Group CEO)

Location : Dubai, UAE

Key Responsibilities :

• Strategic Leadership : Develop and execute business strategies to drive profitability for the 14 sub companies, operational efficiency, and sustainable growth across all subsidiaries.
• Operational Management : Oversee and optimize operations across various verticals, including leasing, transportation, logistics, maritime services, and fleet management.
• Financial Oversight : Ensure strong financial management, cost control, and revenue growth by implementing effective budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning strategies.
• Business Expansion & Innovation : Identify opportunities for expansion, future mobility solutions, and technological advancements to maintain a competitive edge in the market.
• Stakeholder Engagement : Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including investors, partners, government agencies, and regulatory bodies, to ensure seamless operations and compliance.
• Performance Management : Implement key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess and enhance operational performance across all subsidiaries.
• Service Excellence : Enhance customer experience by improving service delivery, fleet services, and leasing operations.
• Compliance & Risk Management : Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, industry best practices, and corporate governance standards.
