Key Responsibilities Collaborate with clients to understand their vision requirements and preferences for interior spaces Develop design concepts mood boards layouts and detailed plans for residential commercial or hospitality spaces Create 2D and 3D visual representations of design ideas using design software e g AutoCAD SketchUp Revit etc Select furniture materials color schemes lighting and accessories that complement the overall design vision Manage project timelines budgets and resources to ensure designs are executed within the agreed parameters Coordinate with contractors vendors and suppliers to procure materials and furniture Oversee the installation of design elements ensuring quality standards are met Stay updated with the latest interior design trends materials and technologies Provide guidance and support to clients throughout the design process addressing any concerns or changes Prepare project proposals presentations and cost estimates for clients Ensure compliance with building codes safety regulations and other relevant standards
