What You Will Do :
Assist in basic food preparation and mise en place for assigned kitchen section
Support Kaiseki and Sushi sections as needed with flexibility and enthusiasm
Ensure cleanliness and organization of your workstation at all times
Maintain proper storage, labeling, and rotation of ingredients
Follow recipes and instructions from Chef de Partie and Sous Chef
Adhere to hygiene and food safety regulations (HACCP)
Receive and store deliveries properly and safely
Learn and develop culinary techniques under the supervision of senior chefs
Always maintain a professional, well-groomed appearance
Attend daily briefings and training sessions
What You Will Bring :
Minimum 1–2 years of culinary experience in Japanese cuisine
Passion for cooking and willingness to learn new techniques
Basic knife skills and understanding of food hygiene
Team-oriented attitude and flexibility to support different sections
Good communication and organizational skills
High level of personal hygiene and grooming
