Key Responsibilities Lead interior design projects for ultraluxury villas and mansions from concept through completion Develop detailed interior layouts material selections and finish schedules Collaborate with architects contractors and clients to ensure design quality and adherence to specifications Manage design teams and coordinate with suppliers and vendors for bespoke furnishings and finishes Oversee site inspections to ensure the design intent is executed flawlessly Stay updated with luxury design trends and innovative materials Requirements Bachelor s or Master s Degree in Interior Design or related field Minimum 8 years of experience in Design Build projects with luxury residential focus Proven portfolio showcasing ultraluxury villa mansion interiors with highend finishes Proficiency in AutoCAD 3ds Max SketchUp and Adobe Creative Suite Strong project management and client communication skills
