الوصف الوظيفيProven experience as a Civil Foreman for 5+ years. Approval from ADNOC as Civil Foreman is mandatory Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage a team. Excellent knowledge of construction procedures, equipment, and safety guidelines. Ability to read and interpret technical documents and drawings. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Job Description
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of construction workers.
- Ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Interpret and execute plans and specifications.
- Ensure safety regulations are followed on-site.
- Manage materials and equipment on site.
- Communicate effectively with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders.
