What You Will Do :
Prepare sushi and specialty items according to recipe and presentation standards
Set up and maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked sushi station throughout the shift
Assist in opening and closing procedures of the kitchen
Maintain high food hygiene and safety standards in line with HACCP requirements
Support team as directed by the Head Sushi Chef
Communicate effectively with the kitchen and service team for smooth operations
Monitor ingredient inventory and report stock needs in a timely manner
Maintain high personal grooming and cleanliness standards
Participate in departmental briefings and cross-training when necessary
What You Will Bring :
Minimum 5 years of experience in sushi preparation within fine dining or luxury hotel settings
Strong knife skills and knowledge of traditional and contemporary sushi techniques
Excellent attention to detail and consistency in taste and presentation
Familiarity with food safety protocols and kitchen best practices
Good communication and teamwork skills
Passion for Japanese cuisine and continuous improvement
