DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 1 The primary responsibility is to achieve or surpass monthly and quarterly sales targets 2 Identifying potential clients and generating leads through networking and research 3 Assist in leading the sales team by setting goals developing sales strategies and motivating team members to achieve and exceed sales targets 4 Skillfully negotiating terms and pricing to close deals and strategically managing sales pipeline to ensure consistent progress towards target 5 Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers understanding their needs and ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services 6 Coordinate sales activities including order processing inventory management and product delivery to meet customer demands 7 Stay updated on market trends competitor activities and customer preferences to identify growth opportunities and threats 8 Prepare and submit regular sales reports including sales performance market analysis and customer feedback 9 Maintain postsales relationships by delivering exceptional customer support and promptly addressing any concerns or inquiries
