Vendor Inspection Coordinator

الوصف الوظيفيCoordinate vendor inspections to meet project timelines. Review and approve inspection and test plans (ITPs), quality documentation, and vendor procedures Maintain detailed records of inspections, non-conformances, corrective actions, and delivery status. Issue inspection release notes and support logistics in arranging shipment post-inspection. Ensure vendor compliance with quality and project standards. Act as a liaison between vendors, inspectors, and project teams. Monitor and address inspection deviations or issues.
We are looking for a Vendor Inspection Coordinator for one of our clients with the following details :
Location : Qusahwira, Abu Dhabi, UAE
Contract Duration : 24 Months
Qualification and Experience Required :
- Bachelor's degree, Supply Chain, or related field.
- Major : Mechanical Engineering
- 8+ years of experience in procurement inspection within the oil and gas sector.
- Familiarity with major codes and standards used in oil & gas
- Familiar with ADNOC standards codes
