Maintenance Supervisor Job Location Abu Dhabi UAE Key Responsibilities Manage breakdowns and maintenance to meet customer needs Maintain adherence to safety and quality standards Coordinate preventive maintenance tasks to ensure equipment performance Review equipment deficiencies and take corrective action Plan and execute maintenance of all outlet equipment for zero downtime Conduct duties according to Standard Operating Procedures Inspect machinery regularly for safety issues Implement defined safety systems and practices Identify plan and implement training to develop team members Maintain cleanliness in shop and storage areas Ensure compliance with safety and security standards Job Requirements Understanding of maintenance procedures across various systems and equipment Ability to diagnose issues and develop effective solutions Capacity to lead and supervise maintenance teams Strong communication skills to convey instructions and provide feedback Experience in training staff on equipment operation and safety procedures Knowledge of preventive maintenance practices and experience in developing maintenance schedules ERP knowledge preferably SAP functional skills are required
