Role Overview : We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Design Engineer  to join our team for a ground breaking construction project. This role focuses on Formwork Engineering Solutions (FES) , playing a crucial part in the design, development, and implementation of precast construction methods.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design and develop formwork solutions for precast elements such as walls, slabs, and beams.
• Create detailed technical drawings, models, and calculations to support construction processes.
• Collaborate with the site team and factory production team to ensure formwork designs are accurate and feasible.
• Conduct structural analysis to ensure designs comply with safety and quality standards.
• Optimize formwork systems for cost efficiency, speed, and quality.
• Coordinate with suppliers and contractors to source materials and components.
• Provide technical support during the installation and removal of formwork at the site.
• Ensure all designs align with project timelines and budget requirements.
