We're Hiring : Legal Counsel – Abu Dhabi, UAE

We are currently seeking a Legal Counsel on behalf of our client based in Abu Dhabi. This is a fantastic opportunity for a seasoned legal professional with expertise in Technology Agreements, IP, Cybersecurity, and AI contracts, along with a strong foundation in corporate and commercial law.

  • Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of legal agreements (Technology, IP, Cybersecurity, AI).
  • Advise senior management on legal, compliance, and regulatory matters.
  • Ensure company-wide legal and regulatory compliance.
  • Oversee legal operations including entity setup, license renewals, and governance documentation.
  • Handle legal proceedings, including government interactions and dispute resolution.
  • Manage litigation, arbitration, and contract disputes.
  • Collaborate with internal departments and external legal counsel.

Qualifications & Skills :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Law (Master’s or MBA preferred).
  • 6–8 years of experience, ideally within IT, banking, insurance, or consulting sectors.
  • Strong knowledge of corporate and commercial law.
  • Proven experience in contract drafting, negotiation, and legal risk management.
