Job Description

• Recruitment & Talent Acquisition – Managing hiring processes, screening candidates, and conducting interviews.
• Employee Relations – Addressing workplace concerns, resolving conflicts, and fostering a positive work environment.
• Payroll & Compensation – Overseeing salary structures, benefits, and ensuring compliance with labor laws.
• HR Policies & Compliance – Implementing company policies while adhering to GCC labor regulations.
• Training & Development – Organizing employee training programs to enhance skills and productivity.
• Performance Management – Conducting appraisals, setting KPIs, and ensuring employee growth.
• Workforce Planning – Managing employee records, contracts, and succession planning.

Desired Candidate Profile

Minimum 4 years of experience handling recruitment, labor contracts, and visa renewals. UAE experience is a must.
