QA QC Manager

QA QC Manager Job Location Sharjah United Arab Emirates Key Responsibilities Lead and manage the QA QC department developing and implementing quality control procedures and inspection protocols Oversee the inspection of raw materials inprocess fabrication activities and final product testing to ensure compliance with project specifications codes and standards Supervise and coordinate NonDestructive Testing NDT procedures welding inspections and pressure testing Conduct supplier and subcontractor audits to ensure adherence to quality standards and specifications Interface with clients thirdparty inspectors and certification bodies to ensure quality objectives are met Train and mentor the QA QC team and shop floor personnel on quality standards and procedures Monitor and review production processes to identify areas for improvement and ensure that continuous improvement initiatives are implemented Manage QA QCrelated documentation and ensure accurate recordkeeping in compliance with internal and external audits Required Qualifications Experience Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field Minimum of years of experience in QA QC management particularly in the fabrication of pressure vessels storage tanks transportation trailers and tankers Certified Welding Inspector CWI or equivalent certification preferred NDT Level II III certification preferred Extensive knowledge of fabrication techniques welding procedures and NDT methods Strong understanding of industry standards such as ASME Section VIII API ISO and other relevant codes Experience with pressure testing welding inspections and other quality assurance processes Proven ability to lead and manage teams in a fastpaced manufacturing environment Good knowledge of MS Office
