Ensure the hostess desk or door is always manned to provide all guests with a friendly and prompt welcome upon arrival Schedule dining reservations and arrange parties or special services according to Restaurant Reservations SOP ensuring efficient coordination Use the F B Enquiry Booking checklist to handle restaurant enquiries and bookings professionally and in accordance with standards Greet guests warmly escort them to tables match their pace and present menus promptly after seating Share guest names with relevant service staff immediately Act as an escort for VIP and regular guests residents providing personalized attention and maintaining knowledge of their preferences allergies and special requests Anticipate and fulfill guest needs accurately including those with special requirements delivering service that exceeds expectations while adhering to Heart of Jumeirah standards About You The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications 2 years of experience in Guest s servicerelated work in a 5star hotel Proactive approach to assist guests displaying positive body language Strong Organizational Skills Display Integrity in dealing with guests and colleagues Respect values and cultural difference You will be redirected to the company website to apply for this position
