Mechanical Technician

Age Limit : Up to 35 years.

Experience : Minimum 5 years.

Preferred Field : Food and Beverage Industry.

Key Responsibilities :

• Provide mechanical maintenance and troubleshoot breakdowns for all machines on beverage production lines.
• Operate, overhaul, and maintain beverage lines, pneumatic circuits, and mechanical moving parts.
• Demonstrate strong knowledge of beverage production line machinery (Sidel, KHS, or Krones lines) and injection machines.
• Have a basic understanding of electrical systems to assist in troubleshooting.
• Plan, estimate, and manage mechanical jobs to ensure smooth operations.
• Lead preventive and predictive maintenance programs to minimize unscheduled downtime and maximize equipment availability, thereby extending equipment life.
• Identify mechanical spare parts requirements for all machinery on production lines.
• Develop procedures for maintenance, installation, modification, and repair of mechanical systems.
• Provide basic training to machine operators on mechanical equipment and safety procedures.
