We are seeking a highly organized proactive and resourceful Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative and personal support The ideal candidate is professional and capable of handling a wide range of tasks to ensure smooth daytoday operations both professionally and personally Coordinate daily operations including scheduling meetings handling correspondence and managing documentation Assist in vendor management and liaise with external partners for logistics procurement and events 1 Responsible for daily affairs of the company 2 Be on call 3 Responsible for dealing with the affairs between the company and the partners 4 Prepare reports and presentations for management 6 Communicating with suppliers the finance department and logistics companies 7 Placing purchase orders and monitoring delivery timelines 8 Managing the supply chain 9 Working with price lists and catalogs tracking changes in supplier assortments 10 Coordinating imports and product certification with suppliers 11 Identify and evaluate potential suppliers 12 Negotiate terms of contracts including pricing delivery schedules and quality standards 13 Develop and maintain relationships with factories and suppliers
