Medical Insurance Specialist Job Description
The role is responsible for activities related to the processing and documentation of insurance.
- Process endorsements including modifications, addition / deletion of employees in a prompt manner while providing quality service to clients.
- Proactively report critical issues to management in line withpany policy.
- Cross sell / Up sell various policies of insurance using effective negotiation strategies and close sales.
- Create and maintain relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
- Ensurepliance with industry regulations andpany policies.
- Collaborate with other departments to drive business growth and improve customer experience.
- Any other related duties / projects assigned from time to time to meet the business needs.
