Role Overview We are looking for a driven and passionate Senior Business Development Executive Team Lead to play a vital role in expanding our presence across the UAE You ll be responsible for sourcing leads closing deals nurturing relationships and potentially leading a small sales team as we grow Key Responsibilities Drive endtoend sales processes from lead generation to deal closure Identify and approach educational institutions HR departments and training partners Pitch training programs to students professionals and corporates in compelling ways Collaborate with marketing for outreach campaigns and events Handle client relationships and renewals with a customercentric mindset Maintain CRM with accurate lead and pipeline data Represent KGISL at educational fairs seminars and industry events Assist in building and mentoring a small team of junior executives if promoted to Team Lead role Collect feedback and market insights for continuous improvement
