Procurement Officer

Procurement Officer Job Location Dubai UAE Key Responsibilities Develop and execute procurement strategies for fitout materials and services ensuring quality and cost efficiency Identify evaluate and establish strong relationships with suppliers and subcontractors specializing in interior fitout Negotiate pricing terms and delivery schedules to meet project deadlines Oversee the procurement process from requisition to delivery ensuring materials meet project specifications Monitor and manage stock levels in collaboration with the warehouse team Ensure compliance with company policies and UAE procurement regulations Prepare and present regular reports on procurement activities costs and supplier performance Collaborate closely with project managers and other departments to understand material requirements and timelines Qualifications Bachelors degree in Business Supply Chain Management or a related field 35 years of procurement experience within the interior fitout industry Strong negotiation communication and relationshipbuilding skills Knowledge of UAE procurement laws and regulations Proficient in ERP systems and MS Office Strong attention to detail and analytical skills Fluency in English and Hindi
