Strategic Sourcing Procurement Specialist Auto Parts Location Dubai or Remote About the Company We are a wellestablished trading company with over 30 years of experience in the automotive spare parts industry Our logistics hub is based in Dubai where we consolidate supplies from China Korea Japan Indonesia Malaysia and other Asian countries for distribution to CIS markets As we shift toward direct partnerships with manufacturers we are expanding our team and looking for a Strategic Sourcing Procurement Specialist to join our international procurement department Responsibilities Identify and onboard direct suppliers and manufacturers across China and Southeast Asia Lead negotiations and conclude supply contracts under optimal conditions cost quality lead time Select the most effective logistics options for delivery to our Dubai hub Analyze the product assortment and propose new SKUs Participate in private label OEM ODM development and contract manufacturing projects Coordinate with internal teams logistics finance planning and ensure proper documentation flow Requirements Minimum 2 years of experience in international sourcing or procurement Proven negotiation skills and familiarity with Asian supplier markets Fluent in Russian mandatory Confident English mandatory Chinese is a strong advantage Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets and data analysis tools Strong organizational skills multitasking ability and independence Background in auto parts or related industries is a plus What We Offer Competitive salary performancebased KPI bonuses Official employment Work format Dubaibased or remote by agreement Career growth opportunities within an expanding international procurement team Involvement in shaping a longterm sourcing strategy
