We are seeking an organized and proactive Event Operations & Logistics Coordinator to manage and oversee day-to-day operations. This role is key in ensuring the smooth execution of all operational aspects, from scheduling and logistics to crowd management.
Requirements
- Coordinate transportation and logistics for event staff and participants
- Ensure seamless execution of race day schedules and event timelines
- Work with vendors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to manage event flow
- Manage event setup and breakdown operations
- Provide on-site support to troubleshoot logistics issues and ensure safety protocols are followed
- Assist with crowd management, ensuring a smooth flow of attendees
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Experience in event planning, operations, or logistics
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
- Willingness to work irregular hours, including weekends and evenings
