Job Responsibilities

• Explain procedures, recovery, and follow-up care to patients.
• Follow universal precautions to ensure safety during all patient contact and surgeries.
• Lead the surgical team during operations, following standard procedures.
• Conduct safety reviews before, during, and after procedures to maintain patient safety.
• Adhere to hospital policies and guidelines to provide excellent patient care.
• Participate in community and hospital events to enhance the facility's reputation.
• Contribute to teaching and mentorship programs as requested by administration.
