Responsibilities Inspect and assess vehicle damage to determine the appropriate repair methods Perform dent removal using various techniques including paintless dent repair PDR where applicable Repair or replace damaged body panels including welding shaping and filling Prepare surfaces for painting including sanding priming and feathering Ensure all repairs are completed to a high standard meeting company quality standards and customer expectations Maintain a clean and organized work area adhering to safety regulations Use and maintain workshop equipment effectively and safely Collaborate with other workshop staff including painters and mechanics to ensure efficient workflow Keep uptodate with the latest repair techniques and technologies Accurately record work performed and materials used Adhere to company policies and procedures
