What You Will Do :
Assist in the preparation and presentation of dishes in both Kaiseki and Sushi sections
Flexibly support either section based on business needs and shift assignments
Ensure proper mise en place and proper service during operations
Maintain cleanliness, organization, and hygiene of the assigned kitchen area
Follow recipes, portion control, and plating standards
Practice safe food handling and comply with HACCP guidelines
Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth coordination
Monitor ingredient stock levels and report shortages to senior CDP
Continuously learn and adapt to different techniques used in Kaiseki and Sushi cuisine
Participate in daily briefings and training sessions
What You Will Bring :
2–3 years of kitchen experience in Japanese cuisine
Basic knowledge of Kaiseki or Sushi preparation
Willingness to learn and flexibility to work in both sections
Strong knife skills and attention to detail
Good communication and teamwork abilities
Understanding of food safety and hygiene standards
Passion for Japanese culinary traditions
Maintain a clean, professional appearance and adhere to always grooming standards
