Construction Project Director

Key Responsibilities Oversee and manage daytoday construction activities across multiple sites ensuring compliance with project timelines budgets and quality standards Coordinate with project consultants and contractors ensuring adherence to agreedupon deliverables and service levels Conduct site meetings lead negotiations and manage smooth site operations Monitor and control the quality of construction works with a particular focus on luxury finishes Stay uptodate with construction methodologies from foundation and structural works to final finishes Review and analyze project schedules mitigation plans Bills of Quantities BOQs and variation requests Ensure all construction activities comply with safety regulations project specifications and legal requirements Provide technical guidance and leadership to construction teams fostering a collaborative and highperformance work environment
