The Job
Key Responsibilities :
Lead and manage a team of real estate agents, providing mentorship, coaching and performance evaluations.Drive sales growth by setting and monitoring individual and team goals, KPIs, and sales targets.Recruit, onboard and train new agents to ensure team strength and cohesion.Support agents in client meetings, negotiations, listings, and closings as needed.Monitor market trends and advise the team on pricing strategies and client approach.Conduct regular team meetings to share updates, review performance, and reinforce company values and goals.Collaborate with the marketing department to develop promotional campaigns and brand visibility.Ensure compliance with real estate laws, regulations, and ethical standards.Foster a positive and high-performance culture focused on collaboration and client success.The Profile
Visa : Own Visa OnlyHolder of UAE Driving license + CARProven experience as a successful real estate agent and in a leadership or team management role.Strong leadership, motivational, and interpersonal skills.Solid understanding of the real estate industry, market dynamics, and sales strategies.Excellent negotiation, organizational and communication abilities.Goal oriented mindset with a passion for coaching and team success.The Employer
