This is for Recruitment Industry We are open for consulting roles also Job Summary We are seeking an ambitious and resultsdriven Business Development Executive to join our dynamic team in Dubai The ideal candidate will have 5 to 8 years of experience in staffing and recruitment business development a strong understanding of the India or UAE market and a proven ability to drive revenue growth Key Responsibilities Identify target and develop new business opportunities within the staffing and recruitment sector Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients to understand their staffing needs Develop customized staffing solutions to meet client requirements and exceed their expectations Conduct market research to identify trends competitor activities and potential business opportunities Collaborate with internal recruitment teams to ensure the delivery of highquality candidates and timely staffing services Negotiate and close business deals while adhering to company policies and profitability goals Prepare and present sales proposals reports and forecasts to management Stay updated on labor laws and market trends in India or UAE to provide expert advice to clients
