Social Media Specialist Job Location Dubai UAE Key Responsibilities Content Creation and Management Develop curate and manage engaging content text images videos for the companys social media channels including Facebook Instagram Twitter TikTok and others Social Media Strategy Assist in the development and execution of social media strategies that align with the overall marketing goals aiming to increase brand awareness engagement and customer loyalty Community Engagement Engage with the community by responding to comments messages and mentions in a timely and professional manner Foster positive relationships with followers and influencers Social Media Calendar Create and manage the social media content calendar ensuring that posts are timely relevant and aligned with company campaigns events and promotions Campaign Monitoring and Reporting Track analyze and report on key performance indicators KPIs for social media campaigns providing insights and recommendations for improvement Brand Consistency Ensure that all social media content aligns with the companys brand voice values and messaging maintaining consistency across all platforms Trend Monitoring Stay uptodate with the latest social media trends tools and best practices Identify opportunities to leverage emerging platforms and features to boost engagement Collaboration with Teams Work closely with the marketing creative and sales teams to align social media activities with other marketing initiatives and campaigns Paid Social Media Campaigns Assist with the planning execution and optimization of paid social media campaigns e g Facebook Ads Instagram Ads to achieve specific business objectives Competitor Analysis Monitor competitor social media activity and industry trends to identify opportunities and keep the brand competitive Qualifications Proven experience as a Social Media Coordinator Social Media Manager or similar role with a strong portfolio of work demonstrating successful social media campaigns Proficiency with social media platforms Facebook Instagram Twitter TikTok etc and social media management tools e g Hootsuite Buffer Sprout Social Strong writing editing and communication skills with an ability to create content that resonates with the target audience Basic knowledge of graphic design tools e g Canva Adobe Creative Suite is a plus Ability to analyze social media metrics and generate actionable insights from data Creative thinking with a passion for staying on top of the latest digital trends and social media innovations Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams A degree in Marketing Communications or a related field is preferred but not required Preferred Skills Experience with paid social media advertising Facebook Ads Instagram Ads Ads etc Knowledge of SEO and content marketing strategies Familiarity with video production or live streaming platforms is a plus
